Rather than completely redesigning the vintage figure, Bandai carefully analyzed Seiya's original appearance and sought to preserve the character of the classic release. The face has been refined using references from across the Saint Seiya series while maintaining the distinctive impression of the original figure.

To reproduce the proportions as faithfully as possible, Bandai scanned the original Cloth, body, and Object Frame. Standing approximately 120 mm / 4.7 inches tall, Pegasus Seiya is constructed from ABS, PVC, and die-cast metal.
