Free Standard Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on any single shipment totaling $250 or more (before tax) within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions applied noted on the product description.

  • Shipment-based qualification: Each shipment must meet the $250 minimum to qualify for free shipping.  

  • Mixed in-stock and pre-order items: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they must be shipped together in one shipment to qualify. If you choose to have in-stock items shipped separately, each separate shipment must meet the $250 minimum.

  • Exclusions: Offer applies only to street addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible.

Shipping Methods: We utilize both UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage for our standard shipping. The choice of carrier depends on the size and weight of the package, as well as the destination. Our goal is to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly.

Shipping Protection Insurance:  Our responsibility extends to the point when the shipping carrier updates the status to "Delivered." We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers who would like additional coverage for potential loss or damage are encouraged to purchase extra insurance via checkout.  By adding Shipping Protection, we will purchase additional insurance with the shipping company on your behalf.

Processing Time: We understand the importance of timely delivery. All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement and full payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The available options and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options will have varying delivery timeframes, which will be specified at checkout.

Exceptions and Exclusions: Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions or exceptions, which will be noted on the product page. Additionally, large or bulky items may require special shipping arrangements and may incur additional charges.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.   Usually takes 2-3 days via USPS priority mail or 5 to 7 business days via UPS ground and USPS ground advantage.

Under normal circumstances the stated delivery day/range is accurate 99% of the time. There will be a small portion of shipments that take longer. If your delivery has not arrived we suggest you check the tracking to get a package update. Please be advised that some addresses may consistently take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.
