Non-Refundable Down Payments
To secure your pre-order, a non-refundable deposit (NRD) is required. This deposit ensures we can purchase the item on your behalf, confirming your commitment before we place the order.
Key Points:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: You must agree to and pay the NRD to place your pre-order.
- Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your pre-order, the NRD will not be refunded.
- Cancellation by Us: If the product is canceled or we are unable to fulfill your order, the NRD will be refunded to you.
Order Arrival and Payment
Upon the product's arrival, your order will be charged automatically using your original payment method. If you prefer to use a different payment method, please contact us via email prior to the shipment date.
Pre-order Pricing
Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale.
If the price is reduced and your item is still on pre-order, your price will be adjusted so you receive the lowest price.
In some cases we may not have exact pricing from our vendors when an item is listed for presale. If this occurs, we list the estimated price on the website with an explanation that the pre-order price will be adjusted when final pricing is known.
In rare circumstances, mandatory price changes may happen to a pre-order. This could occur when we receive a solicitation from a vendor with a pricing error or when product import tariffs are assessed by the United States government. In the event that the price increases, we will notify affected customers. As always you are free to cancel your pre-order at any time.
