Based on the primary form of the hero from Kamen Rider Gotchard, this highly articulated figure recreates the Rider’s distinctive metallic light-blue armor, grasshopper-inspired details, flowing white scarf, and signature equipment.

Kamen Rider Gotchard follows high school student Houtaro Ichinose, who receives the Gotchardriver and is tasked with recovering the 101 artificial lifeforms known as Chemies. Steamhopper is created through the combination of the Hopper1 and Steamliner Ride Chemy Cards, establishing the signature form associated with Gotchard throughout the series.

One of the standout features of this S.H.Figuarts release is its brilliant chrome-plated light-blue armor. Bandai notes that Steamhopper marked the first use of this type of plating treatment for a Reiwa-era Kamen Rider S.H.Figuarts, helping reproduce the distinctive reflective appearance of the suit seen on screen.

The sculpt incorporates numerous character-specific details, including the grasshopper motifs around the shoulders, the mechanical chest design, sharply rendered compound eyes, and the detailed GotcharDriver transformation belt. The white scarf is also articulated at its connection point, allowing it to be repositioned for more dynamic action poses.
